ISO Certification Hub – Verification Guaranteed

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.isocertificationhub.com (the "Website") and any consulting, documentation, implementation, training or certification coordination services (the "Services") provided by Prisad Business Services LLP, operating under the brand name "ISO Certification Hub" ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or engaging our Services, you ("you", "client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us and Our Services

ISO Certification Hub is an ISO certification consultancy. We are not an accredited certification body, and we do not issue accredited ISO certificates. Our Services include:

  • ISO Certification Consulting
  • Documentation Support
  • Gap Analysis
  • Implementation Assistance
  • Internal Audit Support
  • Certification Coordination with independent, accredited Certification Bodies
  • Surveillance & Recertification Support
  • Training & Advisory Services
  • Guidance Standard Implementation (for example, ISO 31000 and ISO 10002)

Accredited ISO certificates (for example, under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485 and ISO 50001) are issued only by independent, accredited certification bodies, not by us. Our role is to prepare, guide and support your organization through the certification journey, and to coordinate with a certification body on your behalf where agreed.

2. Guidance Standards Are Not Accredited Certifications

Some standards we support, such as ISO 31000 (Risk Management) and ISO 10002 (Customer Satisfaction — Complaints Handling), are guidance standards with no accredited third-party certification scheme. Where we support implementation of a guidance standard, any completion certificate we issue is our own advisory or training completion record — it is not, and must never be represented as, an accredited ISO certification.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for businesses and organizations, and for individuals acting on behalf of a business or organization. By engaging our Services, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your organization.

4. Engagement Process

A specific engagement for our Services typically begins with an enquiry or consultation, followed by a proposal or scope of work, and is confirmed upon your acceptance and, where applicable, payment. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement will be set out in the proposal, quotation, agreement or invoice provided to you, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our Services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation about your organization and its processes.
  • Make relevant personnel available for interviews, workshops, training sessions and internal audits as reasonably required.
  • Cooperate with the independent certification body during Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, surveillance audits and recertification audits, where certification coordination is part of your engagement.
  • Review and approve documentation and deliverables within a reasonable time.

6. No Guarantee of Certification Outcome

Certification decisions are made solely by the independent, accredited certification body conducting your audit, based on its own assessment of your management system against the applicable standard. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome of any certification audit. Our Services are designed to prepare your organization as thoroughly as possible, but final certification is always at the certification body's discretion.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are set out in the applicable proposal, quotation or invoice. Fees for our consulting and advisory Services are separate from any fees charged directly by an independent certification body for audits, certification, surveillance or recertification — those fees are payable to, and governed by, the certification body directly.

Payment terms will be specified in your engagement documentation. Late payment may result in suspension of Services until outstanding amounts are settled.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately, forms part of these Terms. In summary, fees paid for our Services are non-refundable once an engagement has been confirmed.

9. Confidentiality

We treat business information and documentation you share with us as confidential, and we use it only for the purpose of delivering your engagement, including any necessary coordination with an independent certification body. We expect the same discretion from our clients regarding our proprietary methodologies, templates and materials.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and illustrations, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Templates, frameworks and training materials we develop and provide as part of our Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, though you may use them for your own internal management system purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Website or our Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue or certification opportunity, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12. No False Claims

We do not make, and you should not rely on, any claims of guaranteed certification, fabricated client numbers, fabricated reviews, or any affiliation with government bodies or accreditation authorities beyond what is accurately described on this Website.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Fees already paid remain subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi, India.
